Gardens by the Bay: A Visitor's Guide
Everything to see at Singapore's most iconic garden, from the Supertrees to the two climate-controlled domes.

Gardens by the Bay is arguably Singapore's most recognisable modern landmark — a vast nature park on reclaimed land beside Marina Bay that fuses horticulture, architecture and sustainability. It is a must-see, and much of it can be enjoyed for free.
The Supertree Grove
The park's signature sight is its cluster of Supertrees — tree-shaped vertical gardens up to around 50 metres tall, planted with tens of thousands of living plants. An elevated OCBC Skyway walkway links several of them, and each evening the free Garden Rhapsody show sets them to music and light.
The conservatories
- Flower Dome — a cooled greenhouse of plants from Mediterranean and semi-arid regions, with rotating floral displays
- Cloud Forest — a misty mountain environment built around one of the world's tallest indoor waterfalls, with an aerial walkway
These two domes are the main ticketed attractions; the outdoor gardens and the Supertree Grove itself are free to wander.
Planning your visit
Allow at least half a day. The domes are a welcome, air-conditioned respite from the heat, so many visitors do them in the middle of the day and save the outdoor gardens and Supertree show for the cooler evening. It is directly accessible by MRT and connected to the wider Marina Bay waterfront on foot.
